We traveled to Lubbock, TX on January 21st (Jackson's 4th birthday) to attend the wedding of this lovely couple. It was a beautiful wedding and a special experience for us. You see, this is one of our former students (I taught him in Sunday School and Kirk taught him in seminary) from when we lived in New Mexico from 2005-2007.
Steven is an amazing kid. He made it on a mission without support from any family. And THEN, he came home and he AND his wife married in the temple without the support of any family. Oh, and his wife is a convert. Pretty amazing story. Pretty amazing people! We are so proud of you two!
