New Dig

Hey y'all!

Well, we FINALLY moved this past week-end. We are now in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath town-home--yeah, no up or downstairs noises, except from us! Here are the top 10 things I like about our new place:

10. No gates, codes, or cards so now our friends can easily visit too, though you still have to find the place. Still, it's not that hard
9. Color on our walls--we have two-toned walls: white and tan
8. a ceiling fan downstairs--helps really circulate the air
7. we have 1.5 baths now so we can accommodate more guests
6. we have laminate wood floors downstairs and the floor plan is very open--plus the kitchen has a wonderful work triangle (the oven, fridge, dishwasher for those of you who aren't sure what a "work triangle" is)
5. our shower head is awesome and the faucets and light fixtures are updated
4. we have two patios--one up and one down
3. we have a laundry/storage room upstairs
2. we have an upstairs period--which means more quietness for sleeping babies upstairs while we party hardy downstairs:)
1. we have our own room, and Jackson has his own room, of which I love. It was so exciting finally putting it together. He was really starting to grow out of his bassinet at 4 1/2 months:)

Pictures will be coming very soon--we're almost done putting pictures up and sewing some curtains and then we'll be done...at least for now.
