We had a blast running a 5K for Lifetime (one of the gyms where I teach classes) on New Year's Day. We ran it as a family and I was impressed and quite proud of Jackson for running almost the whole thing! He will be an amazing athlete for sure! We are committed to a healthy and happy 2013! What a perfect way to start the year!

I love the idea of running a race on New Year's Day! My brother and his wife always go for a midnight run on New Years Eve. I think it's a great tradition and will adopt it next year. I am so impressed that you took Jackson with you and he ran most of the way!! That's amazing and a long way for little legs.
