Kirk, Jackson, and I stayed at Kirk's sister's house Tuesday night and had a nice visit. Then we met up with my family, including two sisters, their families, and mom of course. Jackson biffed it as soon as we got to the time share. This is the worst boo boo he has ever had...knock on wood. Luckily, it cleared up quickly and he never complained about it. What a tough kid!

Here is a picture of us at the Alamo (the first time we went was with my family, and the second was with Kirk's). I had heard about it but never really knew much until we visited the site. It's really an inspiring story.

Here is the beautiful, serene Riverwalk.

J-Dawg with Grandma:) It was a beautiful day.

We tried to go to Seaworld on Thursday but it rained and rained. Luckily, it eventually cleared up so we could swim at our time share. We rented Bolt--a cute kids movie, and went to a park with go carts, batting cages, and mini golf.
Friday, we finally went to Seaworld!

Here's one of the shows we went to. This was a big 'ol walrus! He is blowing the audience a kiss in the photo.

And of course, the splash zone at Shamu's show!

As you can see, Jackson had a BLAST. Here he is, feeding the dolphins with Daddy.
Saturday, we met back up with Kirk's sister again and his parents drove in from Houston so we could celebrate Kirk's dad's birthday. We walked around down town and saw the Alamo again, and even a protest that was going on there. Oh the excitement!

This photo is at La Marguarita, which was a scrumdidlyupmtious Mexican restaurant. Thanks Mom and Dad, for a yummy meal.
What a trip! We love our family!!!
